What is your returns policy?
That's Peachy offer's returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online credit with no expiry. The item must be in  original packaging, unaltered and un-used with all tags attached.  Please note credits are for the value of the item only and do not include return postage
That's Peachy has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.
Sale items and pierced jewellery are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as That's Peachy are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
 
Have you received my return?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
 
Can I exchange my item?
That's Peachy does not offer exchanges due to low stock levels, if you wish to exchange a size or style, you are welcome to repurchase with your store credit.
 
If I make a purchase using a discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return?
If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return!
